The Spring Show for 2010 was held on May 4th in St Mary's Hall. Show schedule can be acessed here.
Members pulled out the stops and displayed some great exhibits. It was remarkable that given the extreme winter we all experienced this year that there were so many excellent plants and flowers.
Here are some pictures from the Show.
Winner of the Les Norman Shield (Highest aggregate points for Classes 1 - 20) was Kay Gordon.
The Best Individual Exhibit in Classes 1 - 17 was the pot of tulips exhibited by Brenda Worsley.
Other Winners were:
Flower Arranging - Arthur Holt (Foilage Fantasy)
Cooking - Brenda Worsley (Ginger cake)
Arts and Crafts - Sarah Wilkinson (Quilt)
